Deborah Vance and Ava Daniels are gearing up for the chapter of their lives. Ava has some important conditions to address before moving forward in their relationship.
The anticipated Season 3 of Hacks is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, May 2 on Max as reported by TVLine. The season kicks off with an episode release, followed by two episodes each week until the season finale airs, on May 30 totaling nine episodes.
In the unveiled trailer on Tuesday the two women unexpectedly cross paths after Ava discovers that Deborah has hired writers to take her place. As they reconnect professionally (. Perhaps personally?). Sets boundaries to ensure a collaboration with Deborah. In a moment Deborah expresses, “I must do everything I want to do ” while anxiously waiting backstage in one scene.
Season 2 was streamed from May 12 to June 2 2022 leading up to the confirmation of Season 3. Filming for Season 3 commenced in December 2022. Was temporarily halted in February 2023 due, to lead actress Jean Smart undergoing a heart procedure and subsequent recovery.
Production restarted in the middle of March. Was halted more due, to the strikes, by the Writers Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild‐American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

Dark Matter (Apple TV+)
A new sci fi drama series titled Dark Matter featuring Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly was previewed by the streaming service, on Thursday. The show will debut with two episodes on May 8 followed by releases leading up to the finale on June 26.
Based on Blake Crouchs novel from 2016 the series follows Jason Dessen (played by Edgerton) a physicist from Chicago who finds himself in a reality after being abducted one night. Determined to reunite with his family and overcome his adversary. Himself he sets out on a challenging journey. Connelly portrays Daniela, Jasons wife in the show.
The ensemble cast also features Alice Braga, Jimmi Simpson, Dayo Okeniyi and Oakes Fegley. Crouch serves as the series creator, executive producer, showrunner and writer alongside Matt Tolmach, David Manpearl and Edgerton, as producers.

The GOAT (Prime Video)
Prime Video aims to end the discussion, on who’s the top reality TV star with their show The GOAT. The series will kick off with the three episodes on Thursday May 9 followed by releases until Thursday, June 27.
In this competition series 14 reality stars from known shows like The Bachelor, Survivor and RuPaul’s Drag Race will reside in GOAT Manor under the supervision of host Daniel Tosh. They will take part in, than 20 challenges that involve earning and breaking each others trust. The second part of the series now titled Pretty Little Liars; Summer School is set to debut on Thursday, May 9 as reported by TVLine. A new episode will be released each week leading up to the finale on June 20.
Continuing from where Season 1 left off the show will draw inspiration from horror films. The upcoming season set during summer will evoke feelings of movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Midsommar at times as mentioned in an interview with the co showrunners Roberto Aguirre Sacasa and Lindsay Calhoon Bring. Bridgerton, Season 3 (Netflix)
Husbands, boyfriends, and fathers, prepare for the TV to be occupied for the next little while as the ladies (as well as many men) immerse themselves in the first part of the third season of this widely popular historical romance series. Delivered by Shonda Rhimes as her first scripted show for Netflix, Bridgerton is set in the Regency era during the social season of the early 1800s. Young nobility and gentry are introduced into society, ready to make their debuts and prepare for marriage.
The record-setting show has already been renewed for a fourth season ahead of the third season premiere. It also spawned a spinoff called Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story. Season 3 is likely to continue the momentum and bring in massive viewership numbers for Netflix once again. The first four episodes will be released in May, followed by four more in June.

Outer Range season 2 (Prime Video)
Josh Brolin returns as Royal Abbott in this sci-fi neo-Western series. The Dune: Part Two actor stars as a rancher desperate to save his land and his family. The situation takes a supernatural turn when he discovers a black void that appears just as a mysterious drifter named Autumn (Imogen Poots) begins to camp out on his land. When the family’s daughter-in-law Rebecca (Kristen Connolly) goes missing and a rival family tries to make their play for the land, Abbott is tested to his limits.
Like Yellowstone with a sci-fi twist, Outer Range features interwoven subplots to keep you interested the entire way through. New York Post’s Michael Starr points to the sci-fi twist, in particular, as being the angle that makes this show watchable, along with the consistent desire to find out how it all ends.
