Dubais Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan has instructed for government employees, in the city to receive their salaries due to rains that struck the county on Tuesday, April 16.
The salaries will now be paid on Tuesday, April 23.
This directive applies to;
Employees of the Dubai government
Military personnel and retired military members
Individuals receiving assistance from the Dubai government
This decision demonstrates the Crown Princes dedication to assisting employees and their families during weather conditions in the country. The early payment is intended to support employees in managing their family obligations and ensuring their well being at this time.
In a message shared on social media platform X Sheikh Hamdan expressed gratitude towards all those involved in maintaining safety and aiding those affected during this period. He also shared a video showcasing the efforts of authorities and residents throughout the city.
Saturday royal approvals were given for a range of urgent initiatives and measures to alleviate the impact of severe weather in Dubai.
