The matches will be held on a clay court in Le Portel, France.
The British squad includes Katie Boulter, Emma Raducanu, Harriet Dart, Heather Watson and Fran Jones.
Katie Boulter, Britains player will kick off Fridays matches against Diane Parry. This will be followed by Emma Raducanus singles against Caroline Garcia.
Great Britain and France have faced off four times previously each winning twice.

Former US Open champion Raducanu is set to participate in her BJK Cup event since April 2022 as she stages a comeback from an injury break.
Joining them are Dart, who secured Britains spot in the qualifiers Watson playing her tie and Jones who was added late to the squad after making it to her WTA 125 final on clay courts in Mexico.
Representing France is Garcia ranked at number 23 globally. She has previously reached high, as number five.Garcia is skilled, in both singles. Doubles tennis having secured two Grand Slam doubles championships, with her partner Kristina Mladenovic. Mladenovic, a top ranked doubles player and a top 10 singles player herself joins forces with promising talents Parry and Clara Burel to form their team.
